You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The Platform contains mature themes including romance, betrayal, and adult emotional content. It is not intended for minors.

To access certain features of the Platform, including free episode playback and premium membership, you must create an account using our authentication system. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may not share your account with others, use another person's account, or create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Platform offers a two-tier content model. Free Access allows any registered user to listen to Episodes 1 and 2 of each available series at no charge. Premium Membership unlocks Episodes 3 through 10 of all available series and any future content added to the Platform.

Free content is provided as-is and may be modified, removed, or restricted at any time without notice. Premium content is available only to active paying subscribers and access terminates immediately upon cancellation or non-payment of a subscription.

Premium membership is available on a Monthly Plan ($4.99/month) or an Annual Plan ($39.99/year). All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium content until the end of the period for which you have already paid. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected].

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to audio recordings, episode scripts, series titles, cover art, character names, story concepts, and the Platform's design — is the exclusive property of Seductive Secrets and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and listen to the Platform's audio content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems; use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect content from the Platform; circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform; share, resell, or sublicense your membership access to others; record, download, or redistribute any audio content from the Platform; or impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seductive Secrets and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Seductive Secrets.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you by email where required. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your membership.
